Directions & Lodging Directions to CelticFest Mississippi CelticFest Mississippi takes place on the grounds of the Mississippi Agricultural and Forestry Museum. The "Ag Museum" is located at 1150 Lakeland Dr., Jackson, MS 39216-4701, just west of the I-55.
