John Burleson and Peg Roach Loyd are joining forces at CelticFest. Well-known to CelticFest, Burleson (storyteller, guitar, bodhran) is a native of Texas and lifelong collectorand teller of stories from Ireland, the British Isles, and Native America. Loyd (singer/songwriter, guitar/bodhran/Irish whistle) lives in Little Rock, AR and recently completed her debut solo CD, Carving in Stone. The CD features traditional Irish songs andoriginal songs written in the traditional style. Loyd is theformer lead singer of the Irish band Cairde, whichperformed at CelticFest for many years.
